Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the pet apparel is clean, free of hair, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
